Sherogaga can ships to most countries and regions across the world. We are committed to fast and safe delivery for all orders.
 
Processing Time
For stock products: Take 1-3 working days before the delivery
For custom orders: Process time is different because of different types of bases or knots. 20-25 working days for silk base, 30-35 working days for mono base, 25-30 working days for skin base. If rush order, the processing time will be 5 working days shorter than regular custom orders, but extra fees charged.

Shipping Method:
We usually ship the orders with FEDEX, which will take 4-7 working days from Sherogaga to your door. in case if your prefer other express delivery such as DHL, UPS, EMS etc. please contact our customer service, thanks.

Delivery Time:
Normally,the delivery time will take 4-7 working days from Sherogaga to your door.

Order Tracking
We will send you an e-mail notification after the shipment, the tracking number is attached. Then you can track online.

Taxes and Custom Duties
 All Taxes and Custom fees imposed are the responsibility of the customers.

Address Changing
Before your order is shipped from Sherogaga. You can contact the customer service to update the address. But if the package has been picked, we can help you to call the courier service, and request to change the address. but can't 100% ensure it will be done successfully. So please double check when you enter the address, thanks.
