As all lace top wigs are with singgle knotted for the parting and the hairline. No need to bleach it any more (and the bleaching process will damage the knot and cause shedding ). It can easily be disguised and concealed with makeup concealer or a light highlighting or eye shadow powder!
Depends in which piece you have. You may darken any of my wigs (such as adding a root or lowlights) but I do not suggest lightening a piece. Alternative hair is already processed, and stripping it further can cause irreversible damage.
Yes and no! All of my wigs are glueless. A wig grip should be more than enough to keep your wig in place, but depending on the individual’s head shape, sometimes glue or tape is necessary. Glue or tape may also be used for extra security, if preferred.
The longevity depends on how it is treated. Sometimes they can last 1-2 years, or sometimes even longer. Proper care is important, such as deep conditioning treatments. I suggest buying a second piece if possible, since swapping between the two can help them last longer. Or you can simply use an older hair piece to the gym or beach!
You don't have to, but many women prefer to! Your makeup matches your skin, so it helps to create a seamless transition from skin to lace!

When hair gets sewed and knotted to secure it onto lace/handtied caps, there are short ends that may stick out through the top of the cap along with the long hairs. This is normal, and you can tame these little hairs with a heated curling iron (by pressing the return hairs down against the cap). You can also use hair spray or pomade to keep them down.

Notice: Any alterations made to the stock wig will classify it as a custom order, NO RETURN & EXCHANGE, Such as: Add money pieces, Bleach knots, Add silk/lace liner, Cap size adjust.
2. For bandfalls/ hatfalls/ haute couture/ bespoke/ Custom Order
- Custom orders are tailored specifically to your references, with various specifications such as color, length, cap size, cap construction. Therefore, No return & exchange are acceptable
- All bandfalls & hatfalls & ponytail wigs orders are classified as custom orders. The same return policy applies as for custom orders.
- Contact our Custom Service to initiate the process
- Send videos & pics to us to ensure the items is intact
- We will send you a return label to ship the wig back ( we can create the shipping label with our courier account, which may be cheaper for you )
- After received the returned item, we will contact you and start to refund or exchange, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. (if for exchange, we will send you a money request for the shipping cost)
Tips: All exchanges will take a long time if follow the standard procedure, 2 weeks at least. If you wish to get a faster exchange, you can place a new order before making the return.
Please message me ASAP to cancel an order, as orders are usually shipped out within 1 - 2 business days. All cancellations are free charged if it has not shipped yet. If your order has already shipped, you can send it back, but there is a 5%-10% restock fee.
